Mr Michalis Vourvachis
Also known professionally as Michail or Michael, Mr Vourvachis is a London-based Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a rare dual background in medicine and dentistry, advanced training across maxillofacial and plastic surgery, and a focused private practice in breast surgery, body contouring, eyelid surgery and facial and neck rejuvenation.

Mr Vourvachis’ clinical pathway brings together maxillofacial surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery and aesthetic surgery. His current private practice is deliberately focused on a selected group of breast, body and facial procedures, with treatment planned around anatomy, proportion and natural-looking outcomes.
Dual medical and dental qualification
Mr Vourvachis qualified in Dentistry from Charles University in Prague and later in Medicine from St George’s, University of London.
UCL Master’s with honours
He completed a Master of Science in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at University College London, graduating with honours.
Royal College credentials
His qualifications include MFDS from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and MRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Advanced reconstructive experience
His higher surgical training has included experience in head and neck, breast and skin cancer reconstruction, extremity reconstruction, burns and paediatric plastic surgery.
Royal Marsden fellowship
He completed microvascular fellowship training at The Royal Marsden Hospital, with exposure to complex cancer and soft-tissue reconstruction.
